water made laptop slow

So my sister spilled some water on her laptop. I thought that there wasn't anything broken on the motherboard or the processor and the pc still boots but now it's super slow.

It has an ssd and a intel i57200u cpu so it shoudn'(t take 5 minutes to boot. I thought maby something was broken in the motherboard so i posted it in this category. If anybody knows this problem of nows how to help me pls tell me cause i don't know what the problem is. Thanks
