intake to exhaust fan ratio

What is a good intake to exhaust fan ratio in terms of the total cfm of the fan?( or at least how much is "too much)(I'm going for positive pressure)

It depends on the case and fans. 

Depending on the restrictions present, cfm can but cut down in half if not more.
