Ryzen 3 2200G performance issue

Hello everyone, this week i´m having a lot of issues with my CPU Ryzen 3 2200G. Everytime, when i´m connected to Discord/Teamspeak and playing R6S, my CPU has 100 % usage and i drop from 138 FPS to 60-80. Also in Cinebench i´ve got pretty low score (see image below). Maximum temperature of CPU what i´m getting is 72 °C. I´ve reinstalled all drivers and installed them again, but no changes happened. 

 

Specs:

GTX 1060 3 GB

Ryzen 3 2200G

Crucial Bx 16 GB (2x8) 3200 MHz

R6 is a very CPU demanding game. It's normal when you have background tasks running

Well, it´s not only R6S also PUBG, Witcher 3 etc.
