Can't insert url images

You do know that link has given everybody your IP address ? I suggest you delete the link

Really not that big of a deal. IP addresses are public, every system you connect to knows it. Shouldn't maintain security by trying to hide your IP.

Can you post link to image as example? And give actual browser? I imagine its Chrome/Chromium, but to be sure.

It's not chrome or chromium

It's called PHX browser or Phoenix browser

Ok, that might be the issue then. Forum doesn't support very well browsers that aren't "mainstream". Including my primary mobile browser, Dolphin. From mainstream ones even Firefox (my secondary) has issues. So if iserting images with URL works on Chrome, Opera etc., then this is just browser thing.

Mortis will be able to dissect the reasons further.

Are you using the "Insert image from URL" button, or just pasting the URL? And can you give an example image that definitely doesn't work for you?

That link is broken somehow. Image link should end to image extension (jpg, gif, png). Like this https://www.ncmedsoc.org/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/PROBLEM-SOLVED.pngPROBLEM-SOLVED.png

@jj9987 It can be used to find your precise location.

Not reliable nor very accurate, unless you have access to ISP's data.
