Like Stormseeker9 says, its chrome.

p.s. the title of your post is not very inviting as my first reaction was 'no'. you may want to make it more appropriate in the future.

Gamesystem: X3700, 32GB memory @3200mhz, GTX1080 Hybrid

Unraid system: Epyc 7352, 24/48, 96GB ECC buffered @2666mhz, 2x GT710, GTX1050Ti

If you have a second monitor you can set the one you DON'T game on to be your main display and then notifications etc will appear on there, not over you game.

Or look in google chrome settings and block all notifications.

Personal Gaming PC Setup Battlestation Rig Thing -

Ryzen 7 3700x, Gigabyte 2080 Super, 16GB of Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO @ 3400 mhz, MSI B450 Tomahawk MAX, 240GB Corsair MP510 NVMe M.2 SSD, WD 1TB SSD, NZXT H510i

Monitors -

Element Gaming 27" 144hz 1440p, AOC 21.5" 75hz 1080p

I stream titanfall 2, Fortnite, GTA V, as well as other games. Any follows on my twitch would be greatly appreciated! - https://www.twitch.tv/dmnforkknife/

You turned off the focus assistant - which is the W10 tool that stops apps form pushing notifications. Experiment with the two other options. If neither helps, kill Chrome.

Main rig: i7 8086K // EVGA Z370 Micro // 16GB Gskill TridentZ 3200Mhz CL14 // Sapphire Pulse RX 7800XT// a variety of noctua cooling // Corsair RM750x v2 //  Fractal Meshify C

Secondary rig: R5 3600 // MSI B450i Gaming Plus // 16GB Gskill FlareX 3200CL14 // MSI GTX 1080ti Gaming X // Cooler Master V650 // Fractal Meshify C

Audio setup: Audient iD4 // Adam A7X // Sennheiser HD 650 // Sennheiser HD 25-II // Audio Technica M50x // Sennheiser Momentum 4
