Looking for a gaming laptop that is good for graphic design

I need a good laptop (I haven't gotten one since 2008, been sticking with my own desktops) that's good at gaming (would like a rtx card), thin, and has a really good touch screen for graphic design. Any ideas?

I9 9900k @ 5.2 Ghz 24/7 (5.4 Ghz benching) 

Evga RTX 3090 ftx ultra 

32GB Gskill trident z 3866 Mhz

1000 watt evga gold psu

All watercooled

I would recommend a razerblade 15 with a rtx 2060 max q and i7 8750h

Yeah I saw that, but it doesnt come with a touch screen. Only the 4k version does.
