Plextor M3

I upgrade my old SSD with a Plextor M3 SSD 128GB version, I want to know if this is the real 100% Serial ATA600 speed, I post here some benchmarks. 

I using to connect my Plextor M3 SSD to an Marvell® 88SE9123 SATA controller ans I using a Serial ATA600 cable of Akasa. Should I upgrade to an external Serial ATA600 controller on a PCI EXpress?

The motherboard I using is ASUS P7P55D-Premium P55 intel, in combination of Core i7 860.
