How do i remove this Dell Precision Workstation 370's motherboard?

So i removed all of the absolute bullshit an dmost annoying to remove spanner 6.5  screws but i still cant remove the board. I see this little green thing but i cant seem to get any movement. Any ideas?

From what I can recall you have to push or pull the green thing. The whole motherboard tray will come out.
