Is this a good upgrade?

I have 144hz freesync aoc monitor

i'd recommend saving up for a vega 56 or a 5700 in the future then, a 580 won't be much diff from a 570

Nothing drastic, for the small performance jump you might as well get a second 570 and go crossfire instead.

Would be better to save up for a much higher tier of card than make a small upgrade like that.

Would something like a Rx 590 be a better idea and more substantial upgrade from a Rx 570

i'm assuming you have a 1080p 60hz monitor with a 570, if so, you won't need to worry about upgrades for awhile.

The GTX 1660 is faster and can overclock better than the RX 590.
