Which GPU should I buy?

I have a i5-9600K 5 gHz stable @1.31v 79C max at R20 with H100i Platinum RGB.
Paired with Asus Strix Z390-F, * gb G.Skill TridentZ 3200mhz

I have no gpu right now, which gpu should I get?
I got a budget for mid-tier gpu.
Can all gpu be overclocked?
Can I push my cpu oc further?
I do some coding, also have intention to dive in Video editing.
For gaming, F1, Apex Legends, Battlefront etc.

What do you consider budget for mid tier?

I doubt you can practically push the cpu further. If you are thinking about video editing you might want to consider a higher core count in the future.
