Why does my laptop keep doing CHKDSK at every boot?

Recommended Posts

Posted · Original PosterOP

I installed a SSD into my laptop and it created this System Reserved partition, and every time i start my laptop it goes into CHKDSK, and i find this rather annoying. But ive readed that it could potentially be a problem with the ssd itself. Any tips or recommendations?

do you let it happen or skip it?

if you skip it, just let it happen

I let it do its thing, but after that i kept skipping it after. Though it keeps repeating the whole proces. Ill let it restart and see what it does
