Why does my laptop keep doing CHKDSK at every boot?

CaptainChaos025

I installed a SSD into my laptop and it created this System Reserved partition, and every time i start my laptop it goes into CHKDSK, and i find this rather annoying. But ive readed that it could potentially be a problem with the ssd itself. Any tips or recommendations?
