What? The i3 9100f isn't an overclockable chip, the h310 isn't an overclocking chipset, and turbo boost is a completely different thing that has nothing to do with overclocking

To overclock Intel CPUs you need a "K" series CPU along with a motherboard chipset that allows overclocking; Z370 or Z390 for 9th gen processors.

CPU: Intel i7 6700k  | Motherboard: Gigabyte Z170x Gaming 5 | RAM: 2x16GB 3000MHz Corsair Vengeance LPX | GPU: Gigabyte Aorus GTX 1080ti | PSU: Corsair RM750x (2018) | Case: BeQuiet SilentBase 800 | Cooler: Arctic Freezer 34 eSports | SSD: Samsung 970 Evo 500GB + Samsung 840 500GB + Crucial MX500 2TB | Monitor: Acer Predator XB271HU + Samsung BX2450

Why would you color that in green?

Anyways, it's the range of frequencies the cpu works in normally. In idle it clocks at 3,6 ghz all cores, when under loads it clocks at like 3,9-4 ghz all cores, and it can clock a single core up to 4,2 ghz

So, that means, I can go to my h310m pro vd plus bios and put my cpu frequency to 4200mhz?
