Polychrome component detection/sync issues

Apologies if i am posting this in the wrong section.

Currently I am experiencing problems trying to sync other rgb components to polychrome. 

The components at issue are:
GPU (Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2080 8 GB WINDFORCE Video Card / GV-N2080WF3-8GC)
RAM (Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory / CMW32GX4M2C3200C16W)
CPU COOLER (AMD RGB PRISM) - Only outer ring led is not syncing, inner works fine. rgb connected via rgb pins

 

Additionally, i receive this error code on Polychrome occasionally, "Access violation at address 004F6D83 in module 'AsrPolychromeRGB.exe'. Write of address FFFFFFFF
Furthermore, I am running a x570 Taichi


Initially i had success with RAM synchonising but disappeared after several attempts at tweaking. Also, each brands respective RGB softwares their product is detected and allows for rgb customisation.
Any help is welcome, thanks in advance.
