Open Source, Comunity List with Spam URL?

Hi

My Router Operator use a Content filter System from the Company who have an Lookup Tool: http://www.cyren.com/url-check-iframe

Well the dont Classifies Spam Links as the are like: amzn.to and many other who is used in Youtube. The get false Classifies like "Computers & Technology" and would be let passed.
So is there an Comunity List with all the Spam, Add,... URL?
