PC won't turn on, need some help.

Recently, I just had to RMA my Power Supply because it had broken and I received the replacement and the PC worked....

Until today, I was setting up a new monitor and in the middle of it, my system was sitting idle when it just turns off, I have been unable to get it to turn back on, since the power supply is so new I doubt it is that, so I am thinking it is the motherboard, anyone have any ideas?
