No, Windows 10 Home 64-Bit can accommodate up to 128gb of ram.

As star_pilot said, but also 32bit version of Windows is limited to 4GB, though I don't even know if 32bit still exists

32 bit does still exist for some reason. Maybe for laptops I guess.

Could be a starter/basic version. But those are bundled with super-cheap hardware combos anyway (Compustick for example) of which you can't even add more RAM.
