HELP [BSOD] Video Scheduler Internal Error

I recently put together below build with a used SSD and graphics card.

I am getting "Video Scheduler Internal Error" within 15 minutes of starting the pc and I have to reinstall Windows to start it again.

I tried updating the drivers, but I always get above error in between the update.

Is it because of the graphics card? What might be causing this?
