Best X470 motherboard for Ryzen 7 3700X?

Hi, i'm looking to buy the new 3700X, and i want a x470 motherboard, sinche the x570s are too expensive and i don't have any use for PCI 4.0

 

I was hoping to find a good x470 motherboard that DOESN'T need the famous BIOS update, if there are even any. 

 

Also i would like to do some CPU and GPU overclocking.

Msi B450 Tomahawk Max doesn't need one, and b450 and x470 are pretty similar.

Taichi and master or k4. All have 32mb chip and work well out of the box. The max has some problems still. Pretty sure they are shiping with updates
