External HDD enclosure sleeping drive

My external enclosure keeps sleeping my drive and it's rather annoying, is there any other enclosure or box thats usb based but doesnt put drives to sleep?

Those USB things suck. I heard if you just use naked drives in a bay to get around that.

i7 6700k, GTX 1080, Crucial MX 300, Maximus VII Hero, WD Blue, 16 GB RAM
