I am on my old Laptop and have no access to my IT Distributor Account.
Was was looking in the past for some and the are

a) damn slow with 2Gb Ram or

b) Hightend high expensive cards

There are a lot of OEM video cards (video cards that are replacement part stocks that were never used, or video cards pulled from business desktops, workstations etc)... eBay is full of them.

For example nVidia GT210 low profile is 10-20$ on eBay ... you may find gt710 as well...

The bracket is double height, but it's removable and you can buy low profile brackets separately... the heatsink on the cpu does seem a bit thicker than 1 card high, but I think it would fit in the system.

Yeah there is space..

Sigh,,, bracket is removable and replacement brackets are easily available... in the case of the rx 460 you could even just get a dremel or sawblade and cut the bracket in half height wise.

That's basically a RX 580 with workstation drivers.

in theory you could watercool a rx 570 or rx580 by replacing cooler with waterblock, and would cost maybe 200 euro

I highly recommend if you can get a 1050ti low profile much better performance, is slightly  more expensive yes but sooooooooo much better!

Sadly I have just 2 Source to buy from:
a) every Site -> sadly the can run truth the Company and I have to pay the full price

b) truth your IT Distributors but I can buy only what the offer

 

So AliExpress for that Price was a good and affordable Source.
