Memory accessible in Windows 10

Hello

I have 32GB 3200MHz Memory. Why is it "only" that 26 that is accessible? (Or is the Word available)

What is the y ohther 6GB memory uses to?

Some of it is hardware reserved. The NAND flash is 32gb but only 26 is useable. That is normal. On my PC, I can use only 7 out of 8gb
