Why would you care about someone else's opinion.

Just get the one you like the most.

You'll be happier with it for yourself than having to rely on your neighbours opinion on your card.

You said you have seen two cards that speak to you, because of how they look.

Go for one of them, but if you are still having doubts, wait for a card to come out that will make you spend a premium just because you like it so much. That will be the one.

The actual reviews aren't here yet. So, it's always good to wait for reviews and compare each cards.

Sapphire's Toxic card will be my main focus, it's their "designed after drug use" model with all sorts of crazy things in it.

Asrock Taichi remind me of old PowerColor 290/390 PCS+ cooler.

The XFX one looks like very poorly optimized for airflow. I can see it having poor thermal performance, or very noisy.

I have my eyes set on PowerColor Red Devil... Coming out on the 15th.

New to PC hardwares. I too am waiting for the custom 5700 XT cards but I wanna know how different these custom cards are. Are they better in terms of performance or why is everyone waiting for them? Thanks!

Better cooler. The coolers on custom cards are better because they usually keep the card cooler, theyre quieter, and just look better. Because they usually keep temps lower than reference (which is a serious problem for the reference 5700xt as it thermal throttles under load) they can usually achieve better overclocks.

Ps: In the future you can create a new topic for any questions as it will most likely be seen by more people.
