GT 1030 DDR5 is decent, when you need a very low power and low profile card. Stay away from the DDR4 variants thought!

usually you can find a GTX 750 ti which is also a low power graphics card for the same price, except the 750 ti has more gaming horsepower.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

If you need a low-power, low-profile HTPC card for a 1080p or 4K viewing setup, the GDDR5 version is great.

 

If you're looking to game, look for a different card. A used RX 470/570 blows it out of the water. Even a used 750 Ti is more powerful, although used 750 Ti cards are unusually pricey here for some reason. I don't know what the prices are like in your country, but if you can make a used RX 470 or 570 fit your budget and your case, do it.

Aerocool DS are the best fans you've never tried.

If you don't have a particular need for low power, I'd consider other used cards for more performance. I was looking at used GTX 970 in UK earlier (as I'm looking at selling one) and they seem to be going for not much on ebay, at least where I am.

Assuming the prices from germany translate over you can get a new RX 570 for 145, so a used RX 470/570 is what I'd go for.

The only reason to go for a GT 1030 or 750ti is if your power supply can't handle a PCI-e power graphics card. What kind of system and what power supply doe it have? Is it just an ATX power supply?

The best card you could get otherwise is a 1050ti which is also a 75W TDP card.
