Assassin Creed Odysey - can i play before full download?

Hi. I am actually downloaded half size of AC ODYSEY. And is message: i can play but quality can be worst. Can i play or wait for full download?

I have 2080 ti and 9900K

Game isn't actually as bad as a lot of people made it out to be. It's very CPU intensive but also (in my experience) a very very smooth game. The frametimes are incredibly consistent, even 25-40fps on a 4.5Ghz X5670 (Westmere-EP Xeon from 2011) was perfectly playable. I had that matched with a 1080 Ti at 1080p as well, defo a CPU bottleneck in that case.

I was debating on commenting on this so now I succumbed to it.

 

Downloading and installing doesn't take a lot of CPU cycles. The PlayStation 4 is capable of this feature and it plays games in the middle of installing just fine.
