I am working on my first build with below parts. I am using a used motherboard, CPU, and storage (everything else is new).

I have assembled everything (refer attached image) after going through various build videos.

After turning on the power supply, I am not seeing any output on the monitor and neither my keyboard is lighting up.

Any suggestions on what I can do next?

You have to jumpstart it in order to get it to life. Find front panel connections on your motherboard, and short PWR pins. Motherbord manual must have that information.

Also, you need a GPU.

System is not complete. You need a GPU for video output.

Are on-board graphics not enough?

1300x does not have on-board GPU.

@badreg @PopsicleHustler I have below GPU handy. It should work right?

ZOTAC GeForce GTX 580

If that GPU is alive, it should work.

yes, and don't forget to use the video ports on the GPU and not the motherboard

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

Are you looking to reset the BIOS to default?

I personally use a screwdriver, just short the two pins with a small metallic object that's easy to reach inside

How are you turning on the system?

Do you know what BIOS version is installed?

I am just turning on the power supply with everything connected.

I am not sure of the BIOS version.

Just to be clear, you said you were using a used motherboard, CPU, and storage. All of that remained installed?

As for turning on the system, is there any fan running at all when you short the motherboard?

Depending on the motherboard and BIOS settings switching on the psu may not power up the system. To power up the system one may need to connect the case power switch to the appropriate pins on the motherboard.

Btw, I just looked at the manual's part you showed us. This isn't the pins to boot the PC, that's the pins to clear the Cmos (reset BIOS to default).
Just go 1 page further, and find the power btn and ground pins. Those are the ones you wanna short with a screwdriver and NOT the jumper cap.
