are these temps normal?

3rd gen ryzen processors are apparently changing the temperatures and voltages quite rapidly in these early days, at idle it should go between that and like 30 something

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

That seems a bit high for idle. My 2400g idles around 35-40c but it's only a 4 core. How hot does it get under load?

Idle temps are kinda odd right now with Ryzen 3000 series.  If you dont see above 70c, you are fine.

when under load it stays the same and sometimes jumps to 60oc @steelo

60c is perfectly fine under load. IMO, as long as the CPU is not exceeding ~80c, you're fine.

@KarathKasun should i undervolt it a bit or wait for a driver

Grab a better cooler.  You want to use all the performance and manage the heat thru cooling.  Not retard the chip to keep it cooler.

Tho obviously something is wacky if your idle and load temps are the same.  I'm sure there will be a BIOS update as said above.

Robert from AMD said that monitoring software tend to trigger the CPU when monitoring temperature and the CPU think it's work load all the time. If my memory is good he also said something about Ryzen Master monitoring temp BEFORE it went idle. I'll try to find the text.

Edit: There it is:

Main System: Ryzen 2700, Asus Crosshair VII Hero, EVGA GTX 1080ti SC, 970 EVO Plus NVMe, Crucial Ballistix 3200mhz CL14, CM H500, CM ML240L cpu cooler.

Second System: Ryzen 2400G, Gigabyte B450 DS3H, RX 580 Nitro+, Kingston A400 SSD, Team T-Force 3200mhz CL15

If it ain't overclocked it ain't good...

Power management is kinda broken on with Ryzen 3000 currently, high idle temps are "normal" with current microcode.

The NZXT H500 is not the problem.
