Why there is no way to get Final Cut Pro to run on a Windows 10 PC and there is no legal way to run the macOS on non-Apple hardware?

Because Final Cut Pro is made by Apple and macOS is also made by apple. I'm sure Apple doesn't appreciate running their software on third-party hardware, however, it is possible.

^^^ Final Cut Pro only runs on macOS, which is built on Unix but custom to Apple, so it won't run on any other OS. There's no legal way to run macOS on non-Apple branded hardware either. You can make a hackintosh without too much trouble but that's technically breaking the EULA and such. Apple doesn't tend to go after individuals on that though since it's not worth the trouble, they only crack down on people trying to sell hackintoshed systems.

Like Quora's Question: https://www.quora.com/Is-there-a-way-to-get-final-cut-pro-on-windows-10-pro

There is a way to run MacOS on Non-Apple Hardware. That is called a hackintosh. If you are  a first time builder for hackintoshs then I would recommend going to https://www.tonymacx86.com

He asked if there was a legal way, to that question it's a no. Good old case of "it's technically illegal but they won't bother to sue you for it if you don't cause too much trouble".

Cause Apple made it for their products, not for windows.

And there's technically no legal way of getting macOS on non-apple hardware
