overclocking via bios vs ryzen master

i have read some information about overclocking ryzen and overclocking ram, i have done cpu and gpu overclocking in the past with good results but never done it with ram

i have read alot about ddr4 and that one should put 1.35v to overclock it but i havent been able to have it work over 2933 stable via bios or ryzen master, ryzen master seems to be simpler, i havent touched timings so remains at cl16, anything over that just makes system go crazy, black screen and i have problems booting after that, after a couple restarts and pressing key to enter bios i can do something, but system doesnt tell me failed to overclock

this ram kit is corsair lpx at 2667

with cpu via ryzen master i had all the luck, i can make it go 4.1 with 1.375v, on bios whatever i set, bios just panics and informs that overclock didnt worked, best i could via bios is 3.9ghz

anyone with tips or suggestions on how to improve performance?

so far on cinebench with these setting i could get 613 points, without overclock i get like 530 or something like that so is a decent improvement on this r3 2200
