Probably hardware based video encoding for the most part. Some gaming, would like to be able to play GTA 6 flawlessly whenever that comes out.

RTX TITAN is a card for serious professional usage with most of its price coming from the gigantic 24GB VRAM buffer and driver tweaks and validations for hardware acceleration purposes, if you'll just be a gamer with mainstream tasks grab a single 2080 Ti...

While I agree with you on grab a high end 2080 Ti instead of a RTX TITAN I do want to point out that the RTX FE cooler is adequate in every way and not a limiting factor.
