He's not in the us. And his total for the upgrade with ram and mobo is 350.

Why the 2700x is nice. The 3600 is better.

https://www.amazon.co.uk/AMD-Ryzen-3600-Processor-Cache/dp/B07STGGQ18/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?keywords=Ryzen+3600&qid=1563821155&s=gateway&sr=8-3

If you can spring for the extra cash it's definitely worth it.  Maybe go with some non rgb ram save a few bucks and bring that back in line with your budget.

That looks about right. See if you can OC your ram to 3600, and also I would get the b450m pro4. Cheaper and more ram slots for future upgradability.

The main reason why im upgrading is that i wanna stream, and when i streamed before i couldnt feel the fps drops to 100 cause i had a 60hz monitor, now that i have an 144hz monitor i can feel it and it makes it unplayable for me

I mainly play overwatch and people have told me cpu and ram matter a lot for it

Id head towards this unlesd you really need the cores.

Just swap the CPU to a 2700 or 3700x if need the cores.

Mortar is one of the top B450 boards and has bios Flashback to load the zen 2 Bios onto it without a CPU

Should be a good build for the cash.

Ryzen 3XXX does not gain alot from pushing memory as high as you can get it.

3600 cl16 is the sweet spot but that ram won't pull that. Try for 3400 cl16

3600, it's faster. Not by much, but still is. If you don't mind a bit slower performance then 2700.

If he games the 3600 is going to destroy the 2700x.  If he's going 144hz I'm better he's at 1080p and at 1080p the 3600 is going to get him some solid gains in games. Probably in the 20fps higher range on the 3600 vs the 2700 and that's a pretty big gap. Why the 2700x is a good CPU for what your using it for the 3600 is a better cpu and better buy.
