Best Custom Loop setup for overclocking?

Wondering what a good custom full CPU+GPU cooling setup would be for overclocking to and or above 5.0Ghz (on CPU) and 2.0Ghz (on GPU). Already looking at custom cooling for RAM overclocking as well (ex. Thermaltake showed off WaterRAM at CES 2019). Any thoughts or suggestions?

BTW there is no budget.

The cooling capacity that you need is based on the amount of heat that you need to dissipate, not an arbitrary clock frequency that you want to hit. Sounds like you need to do some basic research before jumping into a full custom loop.

Are you also going to be building a new computer? No point spending a lot on a 9590.

Yes, I'm waiting for 10th Gen Intel, and next-gen RTX.

Get watercool heatkiller IV / IV Pro blocks, thicc rads and whatever nice SP fans you want. Dont bother with RAM waterblocks, RAM hardly needs the smol af heatsinks they come with today, big heatsinks havent really been needed since we moved away from DDR2.

probably better to ask about cooling whenever that comes out, its not going to be a short wait

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

Here's a good primer to estimate how much radiator size you will need:

In general, two 240mm or 280mm rads will be plenty for most cases.
