they are both almost as good as the r5 2600. My current cpu is the x3480. Im gonna buy an rx 580 later on.

Step one, does your mobo support those CPUs?

Step two, unless you live in china, don't buy through aliexpress, too many scams out there IMO, go through eBay instead.

Im gonna buy a new motherboard and i cant buy from ebay because the shipping is more expensive than the the product
