How do I add a custom part in pcpartpicker?

I swear that I remember previously being able to add a custom part to my part list on pcpartpicker.com but I don't see a custom tab, so I'm wondering how I can add a custom part after whatever update removed an obvious way to do so. I attached an image where the option used to be, and it's obviously not there

I also noticed that too. First I thought maybe i couldn't see it, but the feature seems gone. I also saw the forum on the temporary removal of custom parts but that was already fixed on 11/28/2017 by only allowing custom parts to be added if you were logged in. I am logged in but i cant seem to find it either.
