Why 30w? And not 75w, the PCIe 16x power limit.

Yes, passive GT1030 has power consumption about 30W. And is not really a bad card for its price. Sure - not for gamers who wants 144Hz fullHD in ultra settings, bug still playable for most games on medium settings.

GT 1030,

~40-50w RX 460 2 GB - you can adjust the slider down in Wattman to reduce power consumption

~45w - RX 550 is somewhere a

43w HD 7750 (and whatever it was rebranded to, I think R7 240 or something like that)

50w HD 6670

25w HD 6450  - look around this number for cards with similar power consumption - you'll find lots of Dell/HP OEM cards

33W HD 5670
30W HD 5570 (GDDR5)
19W HD 5570 (GDDR3)
24W HD 5550 (GDRR5)
13W HD 5450

26w HD4550

63W  HD3850
51W HD3690
42W HD3650
32W HD3470
10W HD3450

GTX 750Ti = 57W
GT 640 = 37W

GT 440 = 762W
GT 430 = 23W

GT240 = 45W
GT220 = 22W

9600 GSO = 46W (load)
9500 GT = 35W

8800 GT = 50W (256MB)

8800 GS = 59W
8600 GTS = 56W
8600 GT = 46W
8500 GT = 29W
8400 GS = 26W

7800 GS = 44W (load)
7600 GT = 36W
7600 GS = 27W
7300 GT = 29W
7300 GS = 16W

Also if you just need something cheap for 2d output, look at used nVidia Quadro cards and MD HD 3450 should be super cheap on eBay but a lot of these cards may have a DMS-59 connector - a connector similar to DVI but not DVI... you'll need to buy a 3-5$ DMS-59 to 2 x DVI adapter cable separately

ex may want to check out these ,,, but double check they have Windows 10 drivers.. some may be stop with support at Windows 7.

nVidia Quadro NVS 295

NVIDIA Quadro NVS 300

nVidia Quadro NVS 310

NVIDIA Quadro NVS 315

A local store in my country sells these and OEM HD 6350 and HD 6450 for around 5$ with free shipping... they even sell a HD 3450 for 2$.
