Is this a good budget build?

Hi i am building a rig with these specs:
Ryzen 5 1600

MSI GTX 1060 6GB OC

B450 DS3H

Corsair Vengeance LPX 8GB DDR4 3000Mhz

Corsair CX 450 Power supply

 

EDIT: i got a deal on a above mentioned used graphic card for 145 USD

In India the new one is priced at 290 USD.

The used card has 2 year of warranty remaining.

For my limited budget it is either this or a new zotac gtx 1060 3gb AMP for 200 USD (New)

 

Should i get the used one ?

Also let me know if i need to replace some parts done want anything being bottle-necked

EDIT: i am getting a good deal on ASUS PRIME B450M-K Motherboard shud i get this instead of B450 DS3H?

That CPU supports dual channel memory so make sure you get 2x4GB instead of 1x8GB. Double the memory throughput.

Just as person above me said, dual channel RAM
And i recommend getting 550-650W PSU if you planning upgrade of your GPU in future (i have RMx 550 Corsair PSU and i kinda regret not getting 650 for future upgrade)

Go with the used 6gb version.  Better performance for less $.  Also check around on ryzen 2600 there should be sales all over the place if you can fit it in your budget.

There will always be a bottleneck.  Ignore this line of thinking and move on with your build.
