A User made a post but he still has 0 content count and is labled as 0 posts. Should I uncensor the photo ?

its in off topic, those dont count

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Fun fact, if thread is originally posted in section where post counter has been turned off (Off Topic and Forum Info), even after thread has been moved, posts in it aren't counted towards post count. Only ones posted after the move are.
