Need help fixing GA-7TESM gigabyte motherboard BIOS

So I bought this motherboard a little over a year ago got it working running Windows 10 pro for quite some time.

It's running 2x x5670

24gb of ram 6x4

rx 580 8gb

Windows 10 pro

I am currently at the BIOS and I'm not able to press f2 to go to menu

I have tried using both PS2 and USB keyboards (known functioning)

I have flashed the BIOS to the f9 update

I have also tried to clear the CMOS

What could I try to fix this issue?

Does it havee fast boot or similar? Is it enabled? That makes the board ignore keyboards during boot.

Brands I wholeheartedly reccomend (though do have flawed products): Apple, Razer, Corsair, Asus, Gigabyte, bequiet!, Noctua, Fractal, GSkill (RAM only)

I don't believe fastboot was on

I also can no longer boot to Windows because I had it running off of the sas port which when I reset the CMOS turn off the sas controllers by default.
