SSD Alignment from 31K to 4048K

Gamdschiee

Hello,

I have realized after months, that my 960 EVO 500GB is "31K BAD"-aligned. I asked google how to fix my problem and I came upon following solutions: https://www.disk-partition.com/windows-10/ssd-alignment-windows-10-3889.html

Since diskpart will delete all my data, I have to choose either Samsung Magician or AEOMEI Partition Assistant. Do you have any experience or have you heard from one of them? Would you recommend to do the alignment with this or any other one which appears in your mind?

edit: okay, I have no idea how to do so with Samsung Magician. On the newest version at least.

Pretty sure no matter what tool you use it would delete your data anyway

Ryzen 7 3700X / 16GB RAM / Optane SSD / GTX 1650 / Solus Linux

Oh, really? But wouldn't the program say a warning or so? Because I can't find any in the screenshots in the link above.
