RTX 2070 Blackout

HuikaEST

Hello!

So recently i bought Gigabyte RTX 2070 8GB.

Now i'm getting full blackouts while playing Arma 3 or GTA 5.

My PSU is Corsair CX750M which should be good. Anyone have solutions?

Thanks in advance.

Rest of the system configuration?

BIOS up to date?
Drivers up to date?

Windows up to date?

Can you get in the bios? When turning on the PC: do the fans spin. does something light up?

Go to MSI https://de.msi.com/Motherboard/support/B150M-GAMING-PRO check for the newest BIOS version

its 7994v49

go in your BIOs and check wich version you're on. If not update it. There is also a manual how to do this included in the download

questions: just ask me/us ;)

Don't put the whole zip on the stick! Only the BIOS file itself! and put it in the main directory

The stick (probably) has to be FAT32 and should be empty except the bios file

Hello again, bios update didn't help me at all. It still keeps blacking out.

Sorry for my late answer! Much work... :(

So, did you already fix it or do you still need help?

Hello, i did not fix but i figured out, so RTX 2070 need at least 16GB of RAM to work well. Well i have 8GB so i need to upgrade my RAM.
