Ryzen 3700x/3900x upgrade from i7-4790k. Mobo/Ram/Ssd help.

New ryzen 3000 series have given me an itch to upgrade my i7-4790k more than 5 years on which means new mobo and ram and faster ssds.

My current build:

CPU - i7-4790k

GPU - MSI 2080 Gaming X Trio

Ram - 16gb ddr3

Monitor - Acer Predator XB271HU 1440p @ 165hz G-Sync

SSD/HDD - 256gb MX100 ssd for OS and assorted HDDs.

PSU - Evga Supernova G2 750W

Options:

CPU - 3700x or 3900x yet to decide.

Mobo - Asus x470 Crosshair VII Hero is cheaper for me ($330) compared x570 Gigabyte Aorus Pro ($325) & Ultra ($370), x570 Msi Gaming Pro Carbon ($380), x570 Asus ROG Strix - E ($410). The crosshair seems better than all these x570 boards and the next better upgrade seems to be Gigabyte X570 Aorus Master ($445) but also $115 costlier.

Am i correct in my analysis?

Ram - no idea, 16GB best price/perf ratio. I read 3600 is the sweet spot for ryzen 3000? maybe 3200/3400 that can oc to 3600?

SSD - best price/perf upgrade to my mx100. Maybe the mx500?

Gaming mainly.

I don't mind spending more to get 3900X as i did 5 years back with 4790k as it pays off in that time.
