fans got 5V rgb. mobo dosent.

so i got myself some new fans. 

and as a plus they got some cool rgb on them so...YAY....

 

thing is its a 5v rgb.(so that weird 3 pin rgb header)

my mobo got 12v (so that 4 pins one)

i dont mean the connection the fans go in i mean RGB connection

 

now my question is if there is a hub of some sort that can switch it from 12v to 5v rgb converter.

 

i truly couldn't find 1 anywhere....

Which fans..... Also is your mobo what you have listed in sig? Because I can't see any 3pin RGB headers on it. Just 2 Aura 4pins.

yes it is. i got the 4pins rgb.

im asking if there is a way to convert it into a 3pin a-rgb.

wont even mind 1 that supports aura and goes into usb. if u get my mind

oh and on fans got 2 of this for my 360mm radiator

This goes bit off my knowledge on RGB. I think connecting ARGB to RGB won't work, and you would need to have more than just basic cable adapter in between there. So best thing would be to go for ARGB controller instead.

I was thinking that or a vonvertor that just changes dingle to argb from rgb

 

 

U know any good controlers that works with Asus aura?

I'm afraid that when I say controller, I mean box that connects with USB and uses its own software. And like I said in previous post, this is limit of my RGB knowledge, and frankly interest. They are one thing I will never get personal experience with.

yea i gotcha and yea i got what u meant thats why i said i might search for 1 that support asus aura.
