BSoD bad pool header

i accidentally launched fortnite while my intent was to run minecraft. i ignored it and launched minecraft, but when i saw the fortnite logo in the taskbar, i tried to close it but got a bsod, is this the reason i got a bsod?

i searched up and saw it was some memory issue, was it caused because i 'overloaded' my 8 gb of ram?

is it safe to continue?
