Socket only PCIe to NVME adapter

Howdy fellas,

 

Has anyone had experience with the socket only adapters? Will the slot hold the weight of the SSD or is it too heavy with a cooler?

I'd assume something like that would have less trouble than even a low end GPU, so I wouldn't be too concerned about it personally.

I have one installed in a NAS w/ a hefty heat sink and it's been fine.
