I got this error message please help!

Hey guys, ive been having some issues with my ryzen 2700x system on motherboard x470f. Can some one please help. Freeze and stuttering, bios have been updated.

Revert BIOS/UEFI to default. If that doesn't fix it, try booting with 1 memory stick, try changing the slots of that memory stick and then swap out that stick for another one and repeat.
