Upgrade for Brother for around 600€

Hi my brother needs a pc upgrade.

His graphic card died and he needs a cpu upgrade so the plan is to get :

CPU, Mainboard, Ram and GPU for around 600€

I wanna reuse the case, psu, SSD/HDD and if possible the CPU cooler(Hyper 212EVO).

 

The PC is used 99% of the time for gaming on 1080p.
