change app-appxpackage destination

Hello everyone, 

 

I had a problem trying to install a .apptx file with PowerShell, my C drive was full and I want to change the destination file, but I can't find any PowerShell command to do that, can anyone tell me how to do it? please.

This is the same problem as this one, but I don't understand how they said to do it.
