Dude were 2019, get a 500GB SSD for 80 bucks.  Take your RAM to 16GB.  As for gaming it should be done at 900p or 1080p with medium level settings and no AA and what not.  You will get close to 60fps playing classic AAA titles and newer titles will be playable with some in game tweaking and what not.  Also get a 550w 40 dollar PSU.  You do not need 650w my friend.

Asus Sabertooth x79 / 4930k @ 4500 @ 1.408v / Gigabyte WF 2080 RTX / Corsair VG 64GB @ 1866 & AX1600i & H115i Pro @ 2x Noctua NF-A14 / Carbide 330r Blackout

Scarlett 2i2 Audio Interface / KRK Rokits 10" / Sennheiser HD 650 / Logitech G Pro Wireless Mouse & G915 Linear & G935 & C920 / SL 88 Grand / Cakewalk / NF-A14 Int P12 Ex
AOC 40" 4k Curved / LG 55" OLED C9 120hz / LaCie Porsche Design 2TB & 500GB / Samsung 950 Pro 500GB / 850 Pro 500GB / Crucial m4 500GB / Asus M.2 Card

You should have no issues with compatibility. However make sure if you choose HyperX ram it's the Fury or Predator series as they are tested for AMD Ryzen CPUs.

I'll recommend something like this...

Ryzen 3 1200

ASRock b450 pro4

8gb (4*2) 3000mhz ram

500gb SSD ( ssds are pretty cheap these days )

rx570 ( They go fr around $70-90 on eBay)

Cheapo case with transparent side panel

Decent 80+ bronze rated PSU like CX and CXM series from Corsair or masterwatt series from cooler master.

Thanks so the psu is not any good? Then will EVGA 500BV watts 80plus bronze do? I checked what you recommended psu but its not available in my Country. And also, with that being said. Can the EVGA psu support some decent cards? Like rx 580 for example?

Thanks

I wouldn't recommend that evga unit.

Something like cxm or masterwatt should be a better choice.

Yes, powercolor makes some decent cards. I'll say go for it.

The problem I've seen with PH vendors is that they tend to put A320 motherboards, single core or very slow RAM, and JUNK power supplies in their "gaming" builds.

I would recommend looking at a Ryzen 3 1200 and an RX 570 or even an R9 270X-280X as an upgrade.

Not remotely. It sounds like an airplane taking off when it starts to need to perform.

(I've got the RX 580 8GB with this cooler.)

The Red Devil cooler is a bit better, but for the RX series cards, the SAPPHIRE coolers are the best you can get.

I would look to Corsair CX or Vengeance, System Power 9, MWE Bronze.
