PG27UQ and sli 2080 rtx only displaying 1024x768

I’m not use to dual sli, so I plugged my new maingear in and my new PG27UQ in to one of the six display ports, and my monitor is only registering 1024x768 how can I get it to be 1440 p or at least 4K when there are no options
