There was some extra room in the budget, so I included a mechanical drive and a RGB mesh case.

If you can wait a bit, I'd cut back on the extras and instead spend the money on a R7 3700X, which is currently out of stock everywhere.

You could probably save a bit on the cooler and the RAM. Then, you could probably scrape enough together for a Vega 56.
